Canvas Sounds’ ‘On a Whim’ is a series of live recording sessions filmed in and around Manchester, UK. OAW sessions present musicians at their most vulnerable, playing with little to no rehearsal time in spaces non-conducive to live performance and sound recording. Each episode is an intimate, off-the-cuff encounter with some of Manchester’s most talented songsters in some of Manchester’s littlest known corners. No cuts, no second takes.
