For OAW #4 FAIRCHILD purchased the finest floppy grandma hats Chorlton charity shops had to offer and loaded up on cider and snags in true ‘sun’s out, guns out’ fashion. The boys were kind enough to reserve a table in a beedgarden/alleyway and wear their finest fake Ray Bans as well. Just for us.
Shout out to bassist Tommy ‘up the frequencies’ Davies for abandoning his axe and getting behind the camera. The rest of FAIRCHILD perform a stripped-back, Sunday vibes, version of their sexed-up banger ‘Hotrod’ and rework Josef Salvat’s ‘Open Season’ into a moody, seductive Summer jam.
This one's for all the singing drummers out there. Don't give up.
